It's normal to have a fear of working out in groups if you are beginner. There are so many places packing 20-30 people in a room, and pushing too hard from the start. This leads to injuries and frustration.
We provide more individual attention in the group setting. Real group personal training. It starts with the consultation to find your specific needs. Everyone is different, but below are the top modifications for beginners in the group setting.
Remove or Reduce Jumps - We have plenty of low impact modifications ready to go.
Remove or Reduce the getting up and down off the floor. For a complete beginner, this is an exercise.
IMPORTANT NOTE- I am not saying you will never do these things. But you have to work towards them. I am saying you do not need the above to get a good workout.
Mindset- Focus on what you can do. Focus on what you can change. Do not compare yourself to others.
