Do you have a hard time sticking to your resolutions? You’re not alone. So why do so many of us fail to keep them? We’ll get into that right after sharing some special offers

Here are few main reasons people fail to keep their resolutions.
1. You don’t believe you can do it. If you’ve failed before (who hasn’t!), you might assume you’ll fail again. And if your resolution is too difficult, your mind might believe it’s impossible or not something you’re capable of achieving. This is known as negative-self talk. And
we all do it.
2. You’re not specific enough. Say you want to lose weight, but don’t write down the number of pounds or give a time frame, or provide any other specific details. Be specific by writing down (for example), “I want to lose 30 pounds, or x number of inches, or to increase by body
confidence by June.”
Take it one step further and write down a few strategies you’ll use to reach that goal.
3. You want results or change to happen now. Although you can get your amazon packages delivered in a day, that’s not how it works for resolutions. And that’s okay. Give yourself time, be patient with the process, and learn to enjoy every step you take in the direction of your
goals.
Please stop all of these fad diets and extreme exercise programs! Slow and steady wins this race. Habits. Focus on one thing, change it, move on to the next! Have Patience, make progress, and stop expecting perfection.
4. You’re not checking in with your progress. If you don’t spend time each week or month writing down all your accomplishments or milestones, you might get discouraged. When you feel down or hopeless, quitting becomes tempting. So, make sure to celebrate all your ‘little
wins’.
Stop obsessing over the scale! Pay attention to how you feel, how your clothes fit, energy, and other ways to track progress.
Progress is also going from doing nothing, to doing something. Making the effort. Effort comes before results. Focus on effort and the process, results will come after you master those two things. Have patience!!
5. You don’t have support. Firstly, it’s hard doing things alone. Secondly, if no one knows about your resolution(s), it’s easier to quit. But, more importantly we need encouragement, support, and motivation, which comes from close friends or family members. Partner up with
someone making a resolution, so you can help each other every step of the way.
