They know most of you will not be eating 6 real meals. Please do not copy bodybuilders on steroids who have to eat 6 times per day. To MAINTAIN (not lose weight) their weight. A lot of information does not apply to YOU!
Personally, eating every 3 hours causes ME (Detric Smith AKA NOT YOU!!) to feel hungrier and take in more calories. It causes me to obsess and think over food all day. Which means I eat more!
