The fitness industry is out of order! It works for the 5% who
will get results no matter what they do. People who need help the most copy these individuals and fail. So why is the fitness industry booming while our nation continues to decline in regards to overall health?! Since 2011 we have been able to get results for members that fall under the category of....
*No previous experience working out or very little
*Have not worked out in decades
*People who enjoy working out but not
consistent
*Those who are afraid to work out because of previous injuries
*Those who previously failed in the commercial gym setting
*People who were previously destroyed by large group classes that don't correct technique
*People who are working out, with no results because the other 23 hours of the day are a mess
*Busy professionals
...........The list goes on.
Big box gyms, extreme
workout places, overnight certified trainers, large group classes, fad diets, and random workouts are doomed to fail. So why has our Group Personal Training program worked since 2011? A few habits of highly successful transformations...
=>It starts with the consultations and assessments (For no charge!)- We have to know you before just throwing you in a group!! your needs!!
=>We start people off slower than they
think they have to go! Build a foundation around good technique and habits. We find things you can do and build around success
=>Modifications based on injuries. Most places don't take the time to do this and treat everyone the same!
=>Set realistic goals!..When I see places take someone who has not worked out before and say lets go for 6 hardcore workouts this week! And by the way lets remove all of your carbs
forever.......I want to cry. When you follow these extreme programs you will fail, long term!!
=>accountability ....You will get lost in a big box gym or large group class!
=>the mindset of do better, each day, not to be perfect!!
=>a membership based around your schedule, budget, and needs! We make sure it fits with your lifestyle! not a typical gym that will have you paying for
services you don't use! .........this is why we take the time to discuss your goals and needs before just throwing everyone into the same program!!...group training? semi private training? personal training? We will tell you what program is best for you without high pressure sales tactics!
=>24/7 support and COACHING!!...A lifestyle transformation center, not a gym. Gyms have failed people!

FITNESS TIPS+ RANT
Diets...if you can't follow it for the next 10 years then strongly consider not doing it from the start. If you are doing one of our programs, and never took advantage of the consultation or check-ins then It will probably fail, long term. When I share results they are not people who lost 20 pounds just to put 30 pound back on. They keep the weight off!!
How about we attack the problem?! In order
for us to attack the problem we have to find the problem. Together. Your problem is different from the person next to you! I am not going to say "just go eat breakfast" or "don't eat carbs!" I am going to take the time to know you!!...Food log reviews. weekly check-ins, etc. All of this comes with your membership.... A certain food? time of day you are eating? hunger? habit? what you like to eat that is healthy?...all of that! One diet for everyone?! Will never
work!
You want to know the best diet of all time?! The best workout program of all time?! Here it is in 3, 2, 1........Coaching +accountability! It works! It requires going back and forth, some patience, but it works! It ends up being quicker than losing the same 10lbs over and over again!! ...." I know what to do, I just have to do it!" I just heard you say that through the computer screen!!! Go take your favorite sports team and have them play a season without a
coach!.....lets see what happens?!
Keto people....just go follow the people who have followed keto for the last 10 to 15 years. oh, none exist? so here is the issue with all of these diets that make it hard to not go follow them.....They work! But they work short term! For some people! But you created a long term mental hang up and attachment to a diet WITHOUT KNOWING WHY IT WORKS!! So when you eat a carb you feel like a terrible person. A
terrible person that then goes and eats ...ALL of the carbs, for months!! You should have just reduced calories from the carbs that were the issue. Trust me ....it's not the banana, its the beer!
Intermittent fasting- it works, but once again, WHY?!!!... trust me, you ended up taking in less calories if it worked for you! If it worked for you then it fit your lifestyle. If it worked for you then you are the person who touches a carb early in the day
and it snowballs for the rest of the day(me:). It works great for some people. For others it's terrible. I have worked with enough people to say there is more than one way to reach your goal. The best way for one person will destroy the next!!
The real issue is you believed the breakfast is the most important meal of the day myth created by marketers selling .....dessert for breakfast!! I know I will lose some of you because I force people to think. But really
think about how silly it is to have to stop eating eggs because it's 1130AM?! People in the world are starving and would love our problems! Now really take a step back and question everything! Just because something is popular does not mean it's the best way to accomplish a goal! It probably means more people will make money off of it!!
WHY it worked==> you ended up taking in less calories. You were less hungry because of increased protein, good fats
and/or were more conscious of what you were eating. You ended up taking in less meals on the run, less beer, etc....you ended up in a caloric deficit so you lost weight!! You don't need a diet book. You need someone to tell you that.......
All you had to do was not drink wine/beer/soda 7 nights a week. Or reduce the wine/beer/soda when you drink it! Go from eating out 6 times per week to eating out once or twice and making better choices when you eat out.
Maybe a little more protein, water, and fiber so you are not hungry and craving bad foods all the time. Maybe reduce the calories from some types of carbs, versus removing all of them!! Maybe a list of things you can eat in place of sweets or salty foods. Maybe give yourself credit for the progress you made instead of beating yourself up over every mistake!
so to finish the long rant.....you! are! an! individual!!!! Ask questions so we can treat you that way!! Yes,
even the people sitting on this list that are not paying me a dime can ask questions! The fitness industry is out of order people! My goal with Results Performance Training is to do the complete opposite of every other gym out there. I want to be the gym for the other 95%! ...
