Q - I have a lower body injury that requires me to stay off my feet. Is there still something I can do to train with you?
A - Yes, we can still work with you! We focus on
what you can do.
You can still do upper body and core work. In most cases, you can still do general flexibility and mobility for the lower body. We train those who are not able to walk with chair exercises.
General movement will speed up the recovery process for the entire body. Mentally, it will help A LOT!

Q- Do you train youth athletes with Personal training or groups?
A- youth athletes have 3 options - 1 on 1,
semi private groups of 2-5 people, and then our group training.
The majority go with our 1 on 1 or small group options. We can really dive into specific sports specific needs in these settings! Speed, agility, strength, vertical jump, or any goal.
The group training is for general fitness. This will also help a lot and can help keep the cost
down.
For our sports specific groups, we help find the right group for you. You can either start your own group, or we can match you up with athletes with similar goals.

Q- I have a lot of travel over the summer. Am I required to sign a contract? Do you have some flexibility?
A- We have lots of flexible options over the summer! We have pay per session options for all of our services. We also have month to month options. We are not like the big gyms where you have to pay for when you are not attending. Let us know your schedule and we can
