Here is what I plan to do….
Give you a free 1 on 1 consultation. This allows me to know your exercise history, injury history, goals,etc. I can explain our 3 services - 1 on 1, semi private, and then our group training.
I am referring to five 1 on 1 or semi private sessions. If you are only giving me five sessions, then I need to give you more attention than I can provide in group training.
I will build out your program for you! My goal is to make you independent! So if you work out at home or another gym, this is a perfect fit. Send me pics of your set up and I can build
out your program.
Make sure your technique is perfect!
Offer accountability!
You can space those sessions out over time! We are not like the places that force you to get them in within a few weeks or you lose them.
You can use the 5 sessions to help you transition into semi private or group training.
I can make it fit your budget. We have 30 min, 45 min, or an hour. We have session to session options. We have packs of 5 or 10. No contracts. No pushy sales techniques. No gym fees.
