Is semi private training better than boot camps and group training? Yes and no. Let me explain…
We consider semi private our groups of 2-5 people. It’s personal training. A few benefits are listed below…
Share with others to reduce the cost of personal
training
Get the social benefits of group training, but still get more attention than boot camps.
Real lifting and strength training - You can get stronger with boot camps and circuit training. BUT it is not the same as programmed lifts, tracking weights, and individualized training. Not even close.
More flexible scheduling than boot camps. We have times between 5am and 8pm during the week. We also have Sat morning options along with a few sunday times.
No contract options - Pay for what you use. No extra gym fees. If you are out on vacation or sick, you are not paying for that time. Feel free to use for a short time to get a jump start.
Program design help for the off days and more accountability
Boot camps and group classes are still great for general fitness. Our groups are smaller and offer more individualized attention than the big chain gyms in the area. The price point is great and makes training affordable.
