Injuries - A lot of injuries can be avoided. I get angry when I see places doing stupid exercises that cause injury. Pushing too hard right out of the gate.
With most injuries, you can still do something. The worst thing
you can do is sit around and do nothing. Having a team of professionals who can assess and design an effective program will go a long way.
Getting Bored/Not getting challenged - It helps to have a trainer pushing you! You will push a lot harder with a trainer motivating you to do the extra rep! It also helps to have someone help you add in some new exercises to keep things interesting!
Lack of accountability - An average program with amazing accountability works better than a great program without accountability. Having a trainer and accountability partners will lead to faster progress!
Not seeing progress/Unrealistic goals - Lack of progress makes it harder to stick with a program! Having a personal trainer will
lead to faster results. This makes it easier to stay on your program!
No community - Being around a positive fitness community will help you follow a program. Nothing like having your fitness partners checking on you every time you miss! Has been fun to watch our groups become family!
Terrible information- So much bad
information out there! This really frustrates me! I can see why people are failing to reach their fitness goals! It’s on you to really do your research! Looking at the most attractive person in the room and copying their program is not research! Listening to the model with the most followers on instagram is not research!
