Your schedule will never be perfect! - The same people who wait until the fall will end up waiting until after the holidays. You need to plan for chaos. That is life.
We help people set realistic goals. We give them realistic plans that fit into their busy lifestyle. Some
weeks, that means one or two sessions along with extra walking or home workouts.
Lots of trainers and gyms have a good plan. We have a good plan, back up plan, and another plan for your back up plan. Because that is what it will take to get good results with your fitness plan.
Don’t go backwards! It’s not cool to talk about maintaining your
fitness level. We just talk about making rapid progress.
There will be times of the year when maintaining your fitness level should be the goal. You will get busy and workouts might get shorter, or maybe even less. But you always need to be doing something! Avoid taking big steps back!

Unlike most gyms, we have flexible payment options. I understand the fear of being locked into a contract. That will not happen at RPT. You let us know your schedule and budget. We will find the best program for you!
For group, that might be a punch pass or month to month.
For
semi private, that might be session to session.
For personal, we have session to session or small packages. Plenty of time to get the sessions in.
