I am truly blessed. I love what I do. I get a chance to work with some amazing people!
I can not narrow it down to a favorite type of client. I will give you some characteristics of clients I enjoy working with! Will also tell you about things I do not like.
I love the variety in my day! In the past 24 hours I have worked with ages 12 to 85. Yes, that is correct! It makes things interesting.
We have clients who want to improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility , conditioning, fat loss, sports performance, and just about every goal.
I am not a fan of, or the
best fit, for someone looking to compete in bodybuilding. Even though I competed in powerlifting years back, I don’t train or use those methods with 99 percent of my clients. I start with the client, and build a program that fits their needs. I am not a fan of trainers who try to fit every client into a set training method. What we do is more functional lifestyle training.
I am good as long as you are not making excuses,
you’re positive, and willing to put in the work.
When someone says “are you sure you want to work with me?” I get excited!!! If you have injuries or medical conditions we are the best fit for you in the Burg. If you are a beginner looking to feel comfortable in the gym setting, we are the best fit for you in the Burg. Usually our 1 on 1 or semi private is a great fit for these clients. But our groups have way more levels and
attention than the chain group classes.
We also have youth training. We do more than sports performance. We have a lot of youth who hate exercise. Taking them from hating exercise to loving it means the world to me! We are setting them up for a healthy lifestyle!
I like hard working team players who are positive. You will not bring negative energy or complaining
into our studio. I don’t care how much money you are willing to hand over, if you are negative, you have to go. I have seen that spread through groups before. It kills the vibe and makes for a horrible experience. No stuck up arrogant vibes at RPT!
We will challenge you, get the most out of you. But I hate the places that just do beat down workouts without a purpose. I hate seeing people get injured doing stupid stuff in the gym.
Just because you are sweaty and sore does not mean you are getting results. There is a reason behind everything we do!
We have 10 trainers. A diverse staff. When I sit down with you I listen to your goals and then help you find the best trainer fit. If you have a preference for someone older, younger, certain background, male or female, we got you covered!
