A few tips for setting and crushing your goals in 2025!
The year is more than January! -
Have patience in 2025. Go
slower in order to see faster results. Focus on habits, not fad diets and extreme workout plans.
Most of you did not have patience in 2024. The second you did not lose 10 pounds in January, some of you gave up. Or you got off to a great start, and then had a bad week that turned into bad months. It’s time to get back on track in 2025.
It’s about what you can accomplish
over the year. Or better yet, years. Success that you can maintain over time requires developing strong habits. Another fad diet or extreme workout program will not lead to results.
What’s better? Losing half a pound every week that you can keep off ? Or Losing 10 pounds of water weight and muscle in January, just to gain fat over the year? Focus on habits and routines for success in 2025.

Do yourself a favor and hire a professional. Don’t get fooled by the overnight certified trainer with a 6 pack and a lot of followers. Most of this information is
horrible. Some of it’s good, yet still does not apply to your specific situation.
Do your research on personal trainer qualifications. Do yourself a favor and hire a personal trainer. If you can not afford it long term, hire one for a few sessions to have them design a program.
Invest in your health vs wasting time, money, and
energy-
Money can be tight. Time can be tight. But you only get one body. Take care of it.
Being sick and hurt all the time cost more money than investing in your health and focusing on prevention.
