Most people think that long training sessions with millions of core exercises reduce body fat. This is not true!
Reducing bodyfat around your midsection comes down to nutrition. A solid overall fitness program combined with nutrition will reveal your abs.
Myth 2 - Strong Core Prevents back pain
A strong core helps to prevent low back pain. A strong core does not mean you will not have low back pain.
You need a well rounded program to help prevent low back pain. Improving mobility, especially around the hips, will help. You will need overall strength. We design an overall program that improves static and dynamic posture.
Myth 3 - Daily core training equals better results
Daily training
does not equate to a stronger core. Core muscles are like every other muscle, they need to recover for progress. They need a well thought out plan.
