“ I plan to start tomorrow” - We all know individuals who plan to start when life calms down. There is a problem with this mindset. Life NEVER Calms down.
If you have done nothing
for months, don’t worry about the perfect plan. Do not worry about that hour-long workout tomorrow. Go for a 15 minute walk today. Do a few pushups today. Do anything to get momentum. Maybe that means responding to this email to ask for help.
I meet people who feel like they have to get in shape BEFORE they ask for help from us. I do not understand this. I think it has something to do with so many gyms saying “any fitness level”
but then throwing 50 people in a room doing extreme and unsafe exercises. It’s sad that these places will lie about who they are actually good for.

Obsessed with beat down workouts! - We all know individuals who
do not think a workout counts unless they can’t walk for a week after it. The same individuals are not able to be consistent because they are hurt all the time.
You need a plan. We help you find the intensity sweet spot.
Never leave your comfort zone! - On the other end of the spectrum are those who are afraid to leave their comfort zone.
Always doing the same thing and never pushing themselves.
You need to get out of your comfort zone in order to get results! Pushing to get those extra reps. Waking up a little earlier to get that workout in!
Out train a bad diet - You will NEVER out train a bad diet! If your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, nutrition is important! Do not
believe it when someone tells you the afterburn will burn a gazillion calories. That is marketing hype.
You need an overall program. Just doing cardio will not cut it for fat loss and body composition.
Bad coaching, no coaching, or lack of accountability - It will take more than just watching some videos on youtube! It’s worth it to invest in
professional help. The lessons learned will last a lifetime. The accountability will lead to faster results.
Do your research on the experience and qualifications of your trainers. It’s easy to get fooled by horrible trainers and scams. Just because it’s popular does not mean it’s effective for you!
Hop around from diet to diet and exercise
program- Many people do not stick with a program long enough to see results! Others are seeing results, but still will not stick with the program! The grass is not always greener with the next program!
Perfectionist- Life is never perfect! For some reason people try to line up everything to be perfect before they start! There is no perfect plan. You will change over time. You need a coach and a
plan that is flexible enough to make it work when life gets crazy!
