I will not lie to you. Living a healthy
lifestyle is not easy. It takes a lot of hard work, sacrifice, and patience. I promise It will be worth it.
Being comfortable all the time leads to being uncomfortable. Eating unhealthy foods, not exercising, not getting sleep, and other unhealthy habits will lead to being very uncomfortable.
Getting up early to work out will be uncomfortable.
Doing the extra rep will be uncomfortable.
Choosing to eat healthy will be uncomfortable.
Going to bed an hour or two earlier will be uncomfortable.
The good news is that being uncomfortable will become a habit and get easier over time. Not easy, but easier to deal with. You will see your health improve and you will become addicted to that
feeling.
You will start to realize that being uncomfortable and healthy beats being uncomfortable and unhealthy. Taking meds, not being able to move without pain, lack of confidence, and not being able to function are uncomfortable. It's your choice.
