Q. I am broke. I have no time. I am completely new to strength training and have not worked out in years. Is there anything you can do to help me?
A. Yes! You can still make
progress if you lack time, money, and experience! I will give you advice and explain how our services can help!
Lack time? - It does not take a ton of time to get back into shape! You will need to prioritize and time block your workouts.
Analyze your day. I am confident you can find time to squeeze in a quick workout. 20 to 30 minutes beats nothing.
Two to three days a week beats nothing. It’s okay to break up your activity into shorter 10 to 20 minute blocks throughout the day. Take the first baby step today and build on it over time.
Lack of money ? -It does not take a lot of money to get in shape!
If you have your body weight, then you have enough! Purchase some bands and you will have tons of
exercises you can do!

Lack experience? - I know it can be intimidating at first. Look at the bright side -it’s easier to make progress when you are new
to something.
You must have patience and set realistic goals . It helps to have guidance from a personal trainer. Even if you can not invest a lot of money, one to five sessions with a trainer to set up a program can go a long way.

Punch passes - The perfect fit for those interested in group training, but have busy schedules. A great fit for those who are not interested in contracts and travel a lot.
Program Design Packages - We have a few sessions and then I write out your home or gym workouts. I write out your workouts, check your technique, and then help you design a home workout space. We
have some that send me a few pics of their gym and I can design a program based on the equipment they have access to.
Online coaching - Don’t live close to the studio but still interested in our coaching? Contact us for more information on our online or Virtual coaching sessions.
Group, Semi private, and 1 on 1 - We open at 5AM and have sessions
going until around 8pm during the week. We also have openings on Saturday and sunday for personal and group training.
