We work with a wide
variety of people at our studio. We can work with anyone.
But the truth is, we are NOT the best fit for everyone.
If you are looking for a group class that
has 20-30+ people in a room doing box jumps on day one, we are NOT a good fit for you!
We are not a good fit for bodybuilders, powerlifters, or those who only care about 6 pack abs.
I am in no way, shape, or form, saying anything negative about the above gyms. They are the perfect fit for some people, during certain phases of their life.
So who are we the best fit for ? People who …..
Need More Accountability than big gym or large group classes can provide.
Need individualized training for specific goals.
Will get injured just looking at the workouts at those franchise
group classes. Sorry, but the programming at a lot of these places is horrible. They do a great job of building community and the workouts are probably fun. Stay away from these places if you are thinking long term and want to avoid injuries.
Need modifications for
injuries.
Are beginners, or getting back into the swing of things.
We will push you with challenging
workouts, but we do it SAFELY.

We blend personal (or virtual) training with our
program design services! We have occasional meetings (pay session to session/no contract) to give you a written program design, check technique, and even allow you to video your trainer as they go over exercises. We can write the program based on your home gym, another gym, or even bodyweight. The perfect way to have the accountability and guidance of a trainer, even if you have a crazy busy schedule.
Or maybe you are interested in group training but can not make it as often? We have punch pass options for regular group and pay per session
options for our semi private groups (2 to 5 people per group)
